Service
Urgent Care
Walk in any time the clinic is open and see a doctor — typically within 15 minutes. No appointment needed.
About this service
GHMS operates a walk-in service across our regular clinic hours (9:00–17:00, Monday to Sunday). Just turn up — no appointment, no NHS registration, no referral. Most walk-ins are triaged within 5 minutes and seen by a doctor within 15.
Urgent care covers anything from minor injuries to acute illness: cuts that need stitching, suspected infections, severe migraines, allergic reactions, kids with fevers, sports injuries, ear and throat infections (Dr Ismail's ENT specialty is particularly useful here).
Outside clinic hours, our 24/7 home and hotel visit service covers the same range of care — see the Home & Hotel Visits page.
