GHMS — Global Health Medical Services — is a CQC-registered private medical clinic operating from 68 Kenway Road, Earl's Court, London SW5 0RD.

Each consultation creates a direct clinical relationship between you and the treating doctor. The doctor's clinical judgement determines your treatment plan.

You have the right to refuse any proposed treatment and to seek a second opinion at any time.

All consultations are payable at the time of booking or arrival, by card or bank transfer.

Prices published on this website are current; quoted prices for any additional treatments, tests, or prescriptions are confirmed at the time of your consent and before treatment is administered.

Bookings can be cancelled at any time up to 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows are non-refundable. Walk-in patients who leave before being seen are not charged.

Private prescriptions issued at GHMS can be filled at any UK pharmacy. Some controlled substances require us to dispense directly — your doctor will explain at the time.

Referral letters issued at GHMS are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless the addressee specialist requests a more recent letter.

GHMS maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all clinical activity at the clinic.

Our liability is governed by UK law and our regulator, the Care Quality Commission. Concerns about your care can be raised in writing to info@ghms.org.uk and will be acknowledged within 3 working days; full responses are given within 14 working days unless complex investigation is required.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
