Our story
GHMS was founded by Dr Helmi Ismail to make private healthcare in central London simpler, faster, and more personal.
From our Earl’s Court clinic, patients can see a qualified doctor without NHS registration or a lengthy wait. Clinic appointments and walk-ins are available every day from 09:00 to 17:00.
We support local residents, visitors, and international patients with same-day GP care, travel health, and discreet home or hotel visits across central London.
GHMS is CQC registered, every doctor is GMC registered, and our care is guided by clear pricing and straightforward communication.

Every walk-in is seen by a fully qualified doctor — not a triage nurse, not a junior. We treat the issue in front of us, not the queue.

Prices are confirmed before treatment. Any additional costs are quoted and agreed before treatment. No surprises on the invoice.

Clinic appointments and walk-ins run daily, 09:00–17:00, including weekends and bank holidays. Home and hotel doctor visits are available 24/7 by phone across central London.

You don't need to be a UK resident, registered with an NHS GP, or fluent in English. We see anyone who needs a doctor.
