About this service
This is the only GHMS service that genuinely runs 24/7. If you can't or shouldn't travel — too unwell, can't leave a sleeping child, stuck in a hotel, away from your usual GP, or it's the middle of the night — a doctor will come to you.
Visits include a full GP consultation, any equipment-feasible on-site treatment, a private prescription if needed, and a written summary by email. Inside Zone 1 we typically arrive within 60–90 minutes; for outer zones the dispatcher will give you a clear ETA before you commit.
Most commonly used by hotel guests with sudden illness, busy executives, parents with sick kids, elderly patients, and anyone too unwell to travel.
